BTC is a licensed CA general contractor, specializing in multi-family reconstruction. We have proudly served HOA & Apartment communities throughout the Bay Area for 14 years and offer services to Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco County and beyond.
Our primary services at BTC involve building envelope repair. This is the repair or replacement of elements that make up the exterior of any building, including siding, balconies, and windows. We are experts in waterproofing and dry rot repair with extensive experience in both.
We bring all of our experience to every job, and have specialty personnel to fit the needs of each project. Whether it's large scale reconstruction and repairs, or preventative maintenance, we have full time on-site management teams who are assigned to all contracted projects. Our team can budget, schedule, manage, and complete every project, regardless of size or complexity.

We are experts in exterior painting, and work with vendors and board members to ensure all HOA and apartment painting projects run smoothly. BTC's exterior painting services include priming, painting, coating, sealing, and color matching.
